Building Self-Awareness Skills
Self-awareness skills help children recognize their emotions, identify their strengths and challenges, and develop a sense of confidence and optimism. With over 15 years of experience, our team uses evidence-based tools that promote lasting skills for children ages 3-10.
Self-awareness connects to emotion regulation and social skills, helping children understand themselves, manage their thoughts and feelings, and navigate relationships and challenges with greater ease.
BIGFeels NYC supports children across New York City, in-home or virtually. No diagnosis required.
